founded by ardi entezam, a chef whose love for food started at age 12 in a small pizza kitchen, mad red was born from a passion for creating fresh, clean, and seriously delicious flavors. as an immigrant with a dream, ardi set out to challenge the norm, ditching junk fillers to craft sauces that fuel both body and soul.
